A quantum of disappointment

I went to see the new James Bond movie "Quantum Of Solace" the other day. Expectations were sky high, especially after it was revealed that this would be a direct sequel to "Casino Royale", which jump started a slowly stalling franchise and was a fantastic action movie by any standard . Alas, one should have known that, as is usually the case with sequels, it would not live up to the hype. The shaky camera syndrome has now also infested the Bond franchise, and, as some bloke on the internet pointed out, it's often hard to tell who is beating the **** out of who. Also, what was up with that shot of that waitresses crotch near the end of the movie? It has fueled a lot of speculation as to whether she was wearing panties or not, but I guess Blue Ray DVD's and High Def TV's will solve that mystery pretty soon.
Daniel Craig is still as bad as(s) can be and I'm looking forward to seeing him in the next installment, this time around maybe with a better song, a better villain and more of the typical Bond flair.

Matt hat gesagt…

You really should update this thing. Maybe a review of Star Trek?
